European Business Services Director

Key Responsibilities:

Establishment, Compliance & Governance

• Lead the establishment and compliant operation of the Centre in line with Latvian/EU regulations and strong internal controls.
• Drive a culture of governance, risk awareness, and audit readiness.
• Implement frameworks supporting oversight, secure operations, and regulatory adaptability.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with authorities, regulators, and strategic partners.

Strategy, Roadmap & Centre Development

• Define and execute the roadmap for efficient multi-country service delivery.
• Accelerate transformation and continuous improvement to strengthen operational maturity.
• Lead change initiatives and communications promoting accountability and service excellence.
• Champion sustainability and responsible operational practices.

Collaboration & Operational Leadership

• Partner with regional and functional leaders to deliver seamless, high-quality services.
• Act as the primary escalation point for EBC operations.
• Leverage technology, automation, and innovation to enhance efficiency and control.
• Align central teams with local cultural, economic, and regulatory specifics.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, building an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Oversee local business operations, including facilities and shared services, driving continuous optimization.
• Role-model strong leadership, collaboration, and diversity-driven values.

Financial & Performance Management

• Manage budgets and cost targets with transparent stakeholder reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, KRIs, and control metrics to reinforce performance and risk management.
